WHY WE NEED ACTSWA

All efforts to get the said allowance is underway. our last effort is to approach the court if genuine demand of ours are not met. please convince everybody at your centers of this developments. we are not worried of those who haven't yet applied for the membership. its their wish. but the way we are organising shows the burning desire of every teacher to have such a forum like actswa. be assured of the things which are approaching. Human Right Activists are keeping a close watch on this developments. so be assured and keep organising.
Non Teaching Staff Association has already taken up the issue with an iron hand. Their issues are more troubling than ours. Job Outsourcing Fundamentalism is an effort to reduce their numbers strength and to weaken their association which should be rooted up. Non issue of part -b, PRIS, Update Allowance and many other issue is an act of discrimination to AEES Employees.
Improper and imbalanced recruitment rules have led to a burden of a workload of two teachers upon one teacher. Timely recruitments are not done which causes problem to the teachers who have to take classes out of their purview.
Promotion policies are totally bogus and Officers Spouses are showered with AEES awards alongwith MBU and national awards from President of India. All this shows a failed system in AEES as if AEES is run only for the spouses of Officers.
People digest many problems and are afraid of raising voice for their rights. And the fear is of transfers. That perosn will be victimised who raises queries. This shows the undemocratic feelings of employees in free India. Our voices are suppressed.
Dear friends, stand up valiantly and show an example of your valour to your kids for they must know that his dad was progeny of great Freedom Fighters or great Reformers and a red hot blood really flowed in their veins.
