Membeship and Subscription

Dear Teachers...

Please download the application format available here and submit the same to the activists(Any one teacher) at your school. All collected applications with subscription money should be immediately forwarded to Treasurer at Jaduguda.

Before taking up common issues with AEES, teachers are requested to enroll in large number.

1. Performace Incentive (as has been granted to employees of D A E)
2 Update Allownace
3. Non payment of Transport Allowance during vacation/Break
3. Transfer Policy
4. Delay in grant in Senior/ Selection Scale and such other common issues can be taken up with AEES at the earliest.

  1. i m ever ready to become the member of actswa as soon as i get the subscription form. also another point which can be raised is the immediate implementation of 6th pay comm.. part - B which i think is delayed purposely by the management and which can also be intimated to the state human right commission under the clause -DENIAL OF WAGES AND SALARIES.

  2. yes the issue should be raised with the human rights commission for violation of human rights to the employees in aees.the chairman,the cao and the sec.. gets update allowance and performance related incentive scheme but is not granted to the employees who work under their command. if they are a selfless lot they should first refuse the incentives which they get and set a good example of loyalty and patriotism towards AEES.

  3. The grant of senior/selection scale to the teahers is mandatory on completion of 12 years of service. However, this has not been granted to AEES employees for the last two years. The reasons are not even conveyed to the teachers who are eligible. This matter should be taken up with National Human Right Commission

  4. This year the transfers of teachers were carried out by AEES without circulating any guidelines or norms. Most of the trasnfers were carried out without observing the guidelines circulated by the government from time to time. This matter needs to be taken up with the Department. ACTSWA should obtain the guidelines from AEES about the transfer policy of teaching staff and deviations, if any must be taken up immediately.

  5. Since AEES is silent on payment of transport allowance to the teachers during vacation, ACTSWA should obtain the guidelines from KVS and make available to AEES. The teaching staff of AEES are in heavy loss in this regard and this injustice is given only to AEES teahers since long time.

  6. we are employees of DAE . ......& we are not getting update allownce why ? ask 20 % . Part B ... to the society ... Now please do the work so that all can our actswa become reliable for those who are not members ...........

All efforts to get the said allowance is underway. our last effort is to approach the court if genuine demand of ours are not met. please convince everybody at your centers of this developments. we are not worried of thhose who haven't yet applied for the membership. its their wish. but the way we are organising shows the burning desire of every teacher to have such a forum like actswa. be assured of the things which are approaching. Human Right Activists are keeping a close watch on this developments. so be assured and keep organising.

    You are requested to put article on actswa website within 2 days about progress of our actswa ........ please circulate a circular to all the schools ...... We must deny for 60 % arrears without part B . or we must protest about that ........

  10. Actswa is not bother about the teachers disturbed from Hyderabad.For whose sake is it working we don't understand. It is not taking up to formulate a prorer transfer policy to solve the burning issue of teachers suffering outside. What is the use of ACTSWA?
